Bienefelt Dolan Builders are partners Frans Bienefelt and Jim Dolan, experienced tradesmen with 47 combined years of building experience.

We build all types of homes, renovations& extensions. Architect-designed homes feature in our portfolio, including contemporary &environmentally sustainable designs and products.

Our reputation is based on quality – we don’t cut corners, we use quality building products, and will go the extra distance to make sure the job is right.

For us, a happy client is the indicator of a job well done.  We establish rapport with clients, communicate effectively throughout the job and make sure concerns are heard and resolved.

Frans and Jim are on-site Builders and Project Managers, ensuring all aspects of the job are directly managed on a daily basis.
